I just came across this game and oh wow I can't say how much i enjoy it! You flipped the script with this one, the MC Camel looks lmore like the traditional sidekick rather than MC, and they are rediculously cute to boot!
amazing game. probably spent 3 hours on it so far. a couple things from the comments:
instructions: Dont worry too much about making it easier to figure out what to do. Anyone that spends time will figure it out
details: don't worry too much about lighting design in corridors. no one is here for AAA visuals. a lot of times these games end up failing because the creator gets too caught up with the details rather than what makes the game good
I would just keep doing exactly what you're doing - adding more days, scenes, scenarios (cutscenes) to be immersive - guard not wanting to get caught. i don't think this needs a character creator, but having m/f and f/f would be good secondary things to add too rather than maps and lighting.

My goal is for many people to enjoy playing Doll Labo.
To make it more accessible, I’m considering releasing it on Steam in the future.
That said, it’s currently difficult to make a living from this game alone, and I’m not yet sure if I’ll be able to continue development all the way through to a commercial release. If the game is available for download and play on itch.io, I’d be grateful if you could wait a little longer :)
Although I’m developing this game entirely on my own, I’m putting my heart and soul into it. Warm messages from everyone have been a great source of motivation to keep going.

no, not anymore, I found the cause. It's because I was overclocking, I think, because it causes titanfall 2 to crash too

cant figure out what the canisters are for, nor how get to part 2. I know pateron code doesnt work tho so Idk if that is barding entry.

The canisters unlock scenes in the laboratory
